These classes are designed for kids that are walking, but still need a grown-up to assist them.
These classes are designed for kids who have had some experience in group settings (preschool, gymnastics, dance, martial arts, etc.)
This group of kids often has the basic skills and knowledge required to perform more involved activities.
These kids are ready for competitive sports. We would like to take this opportunity to focus on sharpening their skill set, improve their strength and agility, and promote flexibility, to help reduce sport-related injury.
