These kids usually fall into one of two categories. First, they excel in a particular sport or activity and are looking for a place to improve their strength, coordination, agility, flexibility, in order to move to the next level of participation. Or, second, they have not found a sport or activity, but would like to improve their overall fitness level. Either way, we can help make them the best KID they can be.
At all times, we will encourage them to be free thinkers, while emphasizing the importance of being part of something larger than themselves. We will talk to them about some basic principles of nutrition, and provide them with the knowledge to make healthy eating choices. Nutrition information will be provided upon request in either paper or digital form. This group will be encouraged to use the interactive website for activity and nutrition tracking. We welcome any feedback from the parents, and encourage you to explore the website with your child. You never know what you might learn from them.
